CHANGE OF SEASON
Summer is in the air. The clouds are clearing, the sun is shining and the temperature is rising. To thaw you out of the winter cool we’ve pulled some original images from the portfolio of James Dykes, a Sydney-based stylist whose unique sartorial eye will inspire you for the coming months.
December style is usually associated with boarshorts, thongs and singlets. This season its time to update your summer look simply by adding three elements to your wardrobe:
1. Lightweight pair of pants
2. Cotton shirt
3. New sunglasses
A pair of navy or cream pants, with a neat rollup at the bottom, paired with a beautiful shirt in a pattern print or simple tone, topped off with chic sunglasses will make you look like you’ve just stepped off a boat in St Tropez. The wonderful thing about this look is that you can slap on your singlet under you shirt, slop on your thongs and you’ll still look like a million dollars!
