PARIS MENSWEAR GUIDE

BALENCIAGA Rue des Saints-Pères
The perfect place to kick of my Paris Menswear Guide… Needing no introduction, super cool French menswear, bags and shoes. This dedicated mens store in St Germain has everything you will want.

BALMAIN Rue François
Super tricked up and trendy- if you can pull it off and cope with the price tags- this store is for you. The only place in Paris to stock the full mens collection, being right beneath the head office. Be warned, head to toe looks have potential to look sleazy and Euro, best in small doses.

COLETTE Rue St Honore
Push past the masses of tourists sucked into the ground level of souvenirs, and head upstairs to the menswear. Awesome edit of brands like Valentino, Carven, Saint Laurent etc- from streetwear to high end- with an amazing soundtrack.

COS Rue de Grenelle
Luxe and well thought out basics at a high street price tag. Awesome t shirts, shirts, knitwear and chinos. All in super pared back colours. Wardrobe staples R us.

MONTAIGNE MARKET Avenue Montaigne
Super luxe multi brand store on super luxe shopping strip. These guys stock a cool edit (mostly in black) of Rick Owens, McQueen, Lanvin, James Perse, Christopher Kane etc etc. Heavy price tags but without doubt worth a look.

LANVIN Rue St Honore
Two amazing levels of all you can eat Lanvin menswear- with the design studio sitting above. From suiting to sportswear, this store has pretty much everything. Awesome sneakers and accessories. This is a must!

KENZO Boulevard des Capucines
Recently reinvented hipster label, full of neon and tiger embellished caps, sweaters and sneakers. Totally worth it. Not overly pricey, but loads of cool threads. The sneaker collaboration with Vans is also pretty cool.

GIVENCHY Rue St Honore
You can’t really get all the way to Paris and not check out Givenchy. This store houses the biggest mens offering from the high end streetwear label. Loads of cool sneakers, the famed t shirts and hoodies as well as some decent suiting.

MAISON MARTIN MARGIELA Rue de Richelieu
If you’re a fan of the brand, you will love this store. Hidden behind mirrored shop front windows- this store has everything from accessories, ready to wear and suiting.

PIERRE HARDY Palais Royal
Cult status sneaker sensation. Definitely check out this stand alone store in the Palais Royal- home to a bucket load of cool sneakers plus the entire offering of lace ups, boots and sandals.

RICK OWENS Palais Royal
Dark and moody trend setters this is your home. By far the best and biggest selection of Rick Owens menswear I have seen- amazing leather jackets and blazers. Some super cool hoodies too. Avoid the boots. Must check.

RALPH LAUREN Boulevard Saint Germain
This Paris flagship is like walking into the USA. It’s an enormous WASPs nest. The clothes are cute and classic- and the fit out is amazing. They also have a cafe in the garden- Stop by for a G&T.

TOM FORD Rue Francois
If you can get past the super snobby sales assistants this store is the most luxe destination for menswear of all time. The shoes and bags are amazing- although prepare to mortgage your house and max your cards. The Tom Ford look doesn’t come cheap. Suiting is actually off the hook.

SAINT LAURENT Rue St Honore
If Saint Laurent is your look, then this dedicated menswear store is your mecca. Full of cool kids get up… They stock the full range from apparel to shoes and bags. Buy into the hype now!

baha what is with that Kenzo campaign. Reminds me of Terence and Philip from South Park.
