As seems to be the norm with menswear of late, Lacoste mixed sportswear influences with tailoring, the usual items taking part- cotton blazers in very Jil Sander shades of blue and white. Hooded coats in outerwear fabrics seen all over the European runways, leather trimmings and above the knee tailored shorts formed the bulk of the offering. The collection teamed enough high end design with basic consumer instinct that it should hit its market- and it is easy on the eye. The above were my favourite looks- Blue Blazer a stand out.
